I got this Dell laptop for repairing then I plan to make a video of this repairing because in most cases this problem is easily solved with basic knowledge. I clearly mentioned all the possible steps and ways to solved these issues. so if you don't like the 2nd step because it contained disassemble you may not like it. Therefore you can skip this step and directly try to recover BIOS. But a new BIOS is more dangerous than updating a simple Windows program, and if something goes wrong during the process, you could end up bricking your computer. So do it at your own risk.
