Authorities in Oklahoma say an 11-year-old girl secretly gave birth inside her home, leading to the arrests of her mother, stepfather, and grandmother. A paternity test revealed the stepfather, Dustin Walker, is the newborn’s biological father, resulting in charges of child sexual abuse, while the mother, Cherie Walker, is accused of enabling the abuse.
