Yellowstone Winter Adventure - Skiing from Old Faithful to the Canyon

Join me and my friend Udo Kellner on an unforgettable 1-week ski trip through the stunning, snow-covered wilderness of Yellowstone National Park. From the iconic Old Faithful geyser to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, we spent our days skiing and our nights outdoors in tents. Originally planning to go cross-country, we quickly had to adapt—the snow was too soft and powdery, making off-trail skiing with pulks nearly impossible. Instead, we followed the park’s snow-covered roads through forests, wide-open meadows, and steaming geothermal areas. Along the way, we also had some incredible wildlife encounters.
