š Back to the ER with My Toddler | Scary Seizure Symptoms & Hospital Stay
Just two days after being sent home from the ER with ānothing wrong,ā we found ourselves rushing back when things didnāt feel right. This time, they ran more tests and drew bloodā¦ and everything came back abnormal. š My daughter was diagnosed with two viral infections and possible bacterial infection based on her blood work. The doctors decided to keep her for three days to monitor her fevers and make sure she didnāt need antibiotics. Watching her go through this has been heartbreaking, but Iām so grateful we trusted our instincts and went back. š Iām sharing our story to spread awareness for febrile seizures, infections, and the importance of advocating for your child when you know something isnāt right.
