This makes them need to have skills in surviving in the wild or bush. Others are due to shifting jobs and requiring a person to have skills in building houses, foraging and the arts of survival. And, this is where the term Bushcraft became known. Bushcraft Primitives Bushcraft Indonesia – The term bushcraft is attached to primitive society, this is because the behavior of bushcrafters and their works resemble civilizations that were born and existed since primitive times. This is characterized by techniques or procedures for survival in the wild and technological results created based on their ability to adapt to their environment, such as techniques for making fire using a fire plow, bowdrill; manufacture of hunting tools, animal traps, shelter models, purification techniques and ways to get (drinking) water, medical techniques, techniques for making objects from wood, and others.
