Winter Lake Trout Fishing Adventure

Each year I look forward to my winter trout fishing adventures. The trout streams are closed in winter, however the lakes remain open and my favourite lake to go trout fishing is Lake William Hovell. As far as the fishing is concerned, Lake William Hovell is not the best lake. The trout are rarely big trout, but it is just such a lovely lake to sit and go fishing on a cold winters day. The best lake to go trout fishing in winter is probably Lake Dartmouth, or Khancoban Pondage. They're a bit further away.
