[CFPH] SCAR Light-CF Balance | Raw Gameplay

The SCAR Light is known as one of the most OP rifle during the "classic" era. But now, it becomes a part of the new tournament standard weapon. Mostly it has the same stat to the original SCAR Light like the damage, accuracy, and rate of fire. This variant has 35 rounds mag capacity (which is 5 rounds higher for some CF versions). The only drawback is the slower reloading speed, which is very-very weird. For my personal opinion, this weapon needs rebalancing again. Why? We already got the 100% wallbang and fast reloading M14EBR.
