Featuring a sensational cast including Frederick Lau, Stipe Erceg, and rappers Veysel and Mortel as a gang of ex-convicts on day release, led by Ramadan, the series delivers a thrilling ride, making viewers feel like they're right there inside the bank. In the female roles, stars like Nicolette Krebitz, Jeanette Hain, Ruby O. Fee, and Katharina Thalbach skillfully counter the macho portrayal. This experimental format, consisting of seven 15-minute episodes, follows a creative and innovative directorial concept. The plot is confined to a specific setting: five gangsters, six hostages, a bank – and outside stands the law. The actors are given ample room for improvisation; "freestyle" is the motto for the realization of this gangster story, resulting in a breakneck pace. Kida Khodr Ramadan co-wrote the screenplay with Jonas Hartmann, Christoph Gampl, and Olivia Retzer. The cast also includes Ronald Zehrfeld, Kathrin Angerer, Uwe Preuss, Julius Feldmeier, Tanju Bilir, and Burak Yiğit. Armin Franzen was the cinematographer.
