Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness is this evening bemoaning the impact crime and violence has had on the Vineyard Town housing development in St. Andrew. Dr. Holness said almost a decade after the housing project started, it could only be handed over today after extortionists and other criminals targeted the contractors.
