Can you build a SMOOTH roller coaster in 1 hour in Planet Coaster?

2 years ago I tried to make a smooth coaster in under an hour, can I do any better now? I decided with the upcoming release of Planet Coaster 2 to revisit one of the earliest challenges I undertook in Planet Coaster, the one I'd argue that got me started with the series: attempting to make a smooth coaster in just 1 hour.
