Hey guys, today we're taking you to the stunning island of St. Lucia! From the moment we stepped off the cruise ship in Castries, we knew this was going to be special. We started our adventure at Pigeon Island National Park, where we discovered fascinating military ruins from the 18th century battles between the British and French. The hike to the top was steep and rocky, but the panoramic views of the entire island and distant Martinique were absolutely worth it! We explored the beautiful beaches, enjoyed some incredible local cuisine (that curry was the best we've had since India!), and learned about St. Lucia's rich history as a former military stronghold. The island's lush rainforest and constant rainfall create this amazing green paradise that's perfect for hiking, ziplining, and outdoor adventures. Plus, we got our passport stamped - country #110 for the girls! The best part? We loved it so much that we came back for a whole week to explore more, including an epic day trip to the famous Pitons.
