I've got a probation violating evidentiary hearing in front of Judge Clark. The defendant has elected to represent himself in this matter when he is looking at a few years in jail if found guilty. Going pro se is always risky. Out of the hundreds, if not thousands, of pro se hearings I've watched, only a few actually were found not guilty.
