Best Shifter For TH400?!?!

A video unboxing, providing an overview and installing the motion raceworks operator shifter as well as their handle grip insert and billet cup holder attachments. There are not many videos out clearly showing the shifters action/motion especially from gears 1-3. The instructions provided with this shifter lack pictures which can make it difficult to understand how to install the shifter and get everything working properly, so I thought I would make a video for those out there wondering about the shifter or struggling with the install. I recently purchased this shifter after having some issues mounting a reverse switch onto my winters sidewinder shifter. While I do believe the winters shifter is a great option and great price, this shifter is much more designed around drag racing and fits the purpose of my build much better.
