Clacton, Essex. A story about Coco the Clown. Various shots of Coco applying his putty nose and make-up. He also applies make-up to a little boy who comes in. He puts his wig on which lifts up when he pulls a string. M/S of Coco in a gold suit walking along with the little boy at a Butlin's Holiday Camp.
