The basics of growing agave in a tight, ball-like shape. How to grow agave's growing point to make it thicker. There is no special way to do this, and anyone can easily do it, so please watch this video and grow healthy agave. Alternate liquid fertilizers between Hyponex + Liquidus and Hyponex Powder. ↓ ③ For LED growing, place the fertilizer about 25-30cm away from the plant for 12 hours a day. ↓ ④ Circulate air in the room with a fan. You can also use a fan directly on the plant. Make sure the air is moving around the agave. ■For soil containing primarily Hyuuga soil■ (The same procedure applies to growing ball agaves.) ① Water 3-4 days after the soil dries (about a week in my environment). For plants prone to leaf burn or wrinkled lower leaves or in small pots (about Prestera 105 size), water twice a week. ↓ ② Apply liquid fertilizer every three waterings. Alternate between Hyponex + Liquidus and Hyponex Powder for liquid fertilizer. ↓ ③ For LED growth, place the light source 15-20cm away from the plant for 12 hours a day. ↓ ④ Circulate air in the room with a fan. You can also use a fan directly on the plant. Make sure the air is moving around the agave. [Liquid Fertilizer Effects] ■ Hyponex Concentrate + Liquidus This liquid fertilizer combination increases leaf width and plant size. While there is a risk of leggy growth if light is insufficient, it contains the nutrients necessary for growth. It can be used on a wide range of plants, from small plants (closer to medium size) to large ones. *When using Hyponex Concentrate, we recommend mixing it with Liquidus. ■ Hyponex Powder This liquid fertilizer has a high potassium content, which promotes strong root growth and compacts the plant's cells, resulting in a low center of gravity. Since the leaves move as the roots move, it's best not to feed too much if you want to maintain the plant's shape. *Do not mix Hyponex Powder with Liquidus. I alternate between feeding [Hyponex + Liquidus] and [Hyponex Powder] to seedlings (closer to medium size) to medium-sized plants (5-inch chrysanthemum pots). *For pea-sized plants, I recommend using a fertilizer instead of liquid fertilizer.
