I spent years believing that losing weight meant eating less, doing more cardio, and constantly fighting my body. I was wrong. In this video, I'm sharing my weight loss journey—from growing up overweight in Vietnam, trying crash diets and weight loss pills, to being diagnosed with PCOS and finally learning what a healthy lifestyle actually looks like. The biggest transformation wasn't losing 20 kg. It was learning to work with my body instead of against it.
