This machine is super easy to set up and use, being very "plug and play" with the free app and simple soft ware. On the first try, I was able to engrave cleanly on different types of metal and leather, and after getting the settings dialed in, etched The Art of Craftsmanship runes logo on all of the Sheep Shear knives from the batch that I just finished. From what I have experienced so far, I cannot speak more highly about the ease of usability, versatility, and customizability of the LaserPecker 3 for small engraving jobs.
