Hey everyone! 👋 Today we are jumping into a quick but really tough full body Tabata session⚡️ If you want something fast that gets your heart rate up immediately, this is it. No equipment needed today, just you and the timer ⏱🔥 The plan is traditional Tabata style: we are going all-out for 20 seconds, and getting just 10 seconds to catch our breath between moves. We have 8 exercises and we are doing 3 rounds total 🔄 Since the work windows are short, just try to bring as much energy as you can to each move! 🥵💦 Grab a towel and let’s get started.
