Vintage Hook and Pulley Restoration

In this video I’m restoring an old Pulley. I use this pulley quite often as part of my outdoor gym. Since it functioned well the thought of restoring it didn’t cross my mind until recently. Before I began the restoration I had to decide on a colour scheme. The original colour was red however painting the whole thing one colour seemed a bit dull.
