Recipes: My 5 Marinades: Moroccan: a bunch of cilantro 3 cloves of garlic paprika, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper, ginger, turmeric, cumin 50 ml olive oil juice of half a lemon Mexican: parsley, cilantro a clove of garlic, a small tomato a teaspoon of paprika guacamole seasoning lemon juice 4 tablespoons of olive oil Shawarma: a Greek yogurt 3 cloves of garlic juice of half a lemon a teaspoon of salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric, cumin 2 tablespoons of olive oil Honey and Mustard: 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt a tablespoon of mustard a tablespoon of honey an onion A drizzle of olive oil 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, and thyme Indian: 1 Greek yogurt 4 teaspoons of curry powder 4 teaspoons of garam masala Salt and pepper 2 cloves of garlic A small piece of fresh ginger Chicken spring rolls (makes 20): 1 raw chicken breast 2 carrots, 30g dried shiitake mushrooms, 50g rice vermicelli, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 egg, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and a package of samosa wrappers Water and flour for edible glue Buns: 500g flour 250ml lukewarm milk 20g fresh yeast 10g sugar 20g powdered milk 1 egg white 40g softened butter 30g sunflower oil 1 teaspoon salt Tuna turnover: The filling: 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 3 chopped tomatoes, three small cans of tuna Catalana, sliced green olives, salt, pepper, paprika, 1 tablespoon mustard, grated Emmental cheese.
