Come along on our family birding road trip through Arizona and Southern California, where we recorded more than 140 bird species across deserts, mountains, wetlands, and the Pacific coast. We traveled through places including Kachina Wetlands, Sedona, Phoenix, Madera Canyon, the Tucson area, and San Diego—searching for Arizona specialties, colorful hummingbirds, woodpeckers, desert birds, shorebirds, and plenty of unexpected sightings along the way.
