Action and atmosphere from the seventh round of the 1984 World Rally Championship. This documentary-style report, which also examines the impact that the event has on rural communities, was originally produced by Northern Television, most probably for broadcast on TVNZ. Narration by Dougal Stephenson. There is occasional picture deterioration during this video, and the sound at one short segment at around 28 minutes had to be edited to comply with a copyright restriction on the accompanying music.
