It broke down in three stages: the interception of a cargo ship, a Pentagon attack, and the spiral that followed. One hundred and fifteen ships managed to leave Hormuz before the IMO suspended the transit window. The price of oil continues to rise. The fundamental question is not who broke the ceasefire first.
