DIY remote controlled moving target

After seeing how expensive a moving target system can be I decided to play around with some things that I had laying around the house. I'm sure there are many ways you can do this and I'll probably set the cable up more permanently in the back of my property, but this was the first iteration. Hopefully it will give some people ideas. Oh, and no, I won't shoot where I have it set up for the video.
