Protected Tree? Our First Site Challenge

One of the issues we've encountered on our latest development involves a protected tree located close to the site boundary. Before carrying out any groundworks in this area, we needed to investigate whether there was any evidence of roots extending into the land we're developing. Although the tree isn't actually on our site, it's an important consideration that could potentially affect how the project progresses. This is exactly the sort of challenge that developers need to think about long before construction begins.
