How To Repair Fiberglass Using Underwater Epoxy. In this sailboat how-to video, we try two different underwater epoxies: JB Weld's Water Weld and All Fix Underwater Expoxy. One of them worked fine. The other didn't. We needed to repair the fiberglass because there were no haul-outs nearby, and we didn't want to finish our cruising.
