Nioxin System 3 for Color Treated Light Thinning Hair

STRESS IS NO JOKE! I have been experiencing shedding and light thinning. So I decided to use the Nioxin System 3. I have been using this system for one month. Honestly I love this system. I don't have any more shedding in the tub and my hair feels a little thicker. I will keep using it for a few more months. This is a wash and go day 3 hair using these products. The way I used this system: **WEEK 1 - I use the Nioxin Shampoo and Conditioner then deep condition with Shea Moisture JBCO Treatment for 20 mins. **WEEK 2 - I use the Nioxin Conditioner as a cowash and Giovanni Ultra Moist Avocado Conditioner **WEEK 3 - I use MoKnows Curl Hydrator Shampoo, Nioxin Conditioner and deep condition w/ Briogeo or Camille Rose Coconut Water Treatment. **WEEK 4 - I will repeat week 2, cowash . Then back to week 1 w/the Nioxin system.
