AVOCADO/DILL SALAD DRESSING

1 med - lg ripe avocado fresh juice of 2 oranges fresh juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 cup of fresh dill (reserve @ 1TBSP to mix in after blending) 1 clove garlic 1 TBSP fresh jalapeño S&P TT (to taste) Place all ingredients into a blender (except for the avocado & 1 TBSP reserved dill) & blend until well incorporated. Add avocado & blend until creamy - about a minute. Stir in remaining dill and add dressing to your favorite salad or add to romaine leaves for yummy tacos ~ ENJOY!
