This kundalini yoga kriya - known as Nabhi Kriya for Prana-Apana - works on the subtle energies in the body to develop that immense resilience. As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out.
