Kibaki & Raila at Kisumu Rally
President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga took the yes campaign rally to Kisumu as they exuded confidence that the proposed constitution would get the public's nod come the referendum vote. In his first public rally address after his head surgery, Raila said passing the proposed laws was the climax of their commitment to reform in Kenya, when they signed the national accord. On his part, president Kibaki expressed confidence in the electoral system saying the country would remain united whatever the outcome of the vote. Alex Chamwada reports.
