Turbo Replacement Toyota Rav4 D4D 2.0l Diesel Engine. Also Toyota Corolla, Avensis, Previa & Verso

This is how I replaced the Turbo charger from my Toyota D4D 2.0l Diesel Engine as fitted in my Toyota Rav4 and can be found in Toyota Corolla, Avensis, Previa & Verso. Removal of the Turbo and downpipe is required along with the intercooler and various pipes and brackets. UPDATE: Melett are now selling on ebay. I believe (its been a while) mine ended in a 12 which was unusual, so I checked with Turbo Rebuild Ltd before purchasing. You might want to do the same.
