Today I'm baking a simple and quick peach cream cake with chocolate sponge. Especially in the darker season, peaches glow as beautifully yellow as the sun and bring back a little bit of summer. Ingredients 3 eggs 110 g sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 70 g flour 1 tsp baking powder 25 g cornstarch 20 g cocoa powder 1 pinch of salt 300 g heavy cream 15 g instant gelatin 200 g sour cream 80 g sugar 15 g instant gelatin 1½ large cans peaches 30 g instant gelatin Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
