Cameroon’s Bloody Secret

⚠️ Content Warning: This video discusses colonial violence, genocide, and state-sanctioned killings. This is the story of Cameroon—and the genocide that was erased from history. Up to 400,000 people died in a war France never called a war. Between 1955 and 1971, France launched a brutal campaign to crush Cameroon's independence movement. When the killing was done, France installed a puppet: Ahmadou Ahidjo. Ahmadou Ahidjo was Cameroon's first president, a man manufactured by France to crush a liberation movement that killed hundreds of thousands. For 22 years, he ruled with an iron fist, erasing an entire genocide from history. Then in 1982, he did something shocking: he resigned and handed power to a quiet bureaucrat named Paul Biya. One year later, Biya accused him of assassination plots and sentenced him to DEATH. This is the twisted story of betrayal, dictatorship, and the puppet who turned on his master. Ahidjo died in exile, stripped of his citizenship, buried in a foreign country. And Biya? He's STILL president today—43 years later. 🎬 Related Video Link:    • The Coup That Almost Changed Cameroon   🔔 Subscribe ‪@Elizabethoma‬ 📚 SOURCES & FURTHER READING : https://archive.org/details/cameroun-... #Ahidjo #PaulBiya #Cameroon #AfricanDictators #PoliticalBetrayal #PowerAndPolitics #Dictatorship #AfricanHistory #ExileStory #LongestRulingLeader #TrueStory #Documentary #HiddenHistory #Politics
