On this trip, I visited Atagawa Onsen on the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka and enjoyed some relaxation in an open-air bath overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was particularly impressive to see that the ryokan, which was renowned as a top-tier resort during the bubble era, is now available at an affordable price. Afterward, I traveled to Kofu City in Yamanashi Prefecture to continue my journey, savoring local cuisine and sashimi. I also visited Kawaguchi-ko to see Mount Fuji, but unfortunately, I was unable to catch a glimpse due to the weather.
