The standard TCC, a rapid-rate thermal cycle chamber, comes with a left-hinged door. To close the door, the operator must push on the door handle to lock it securely. This is an example of a customized chamber with a vertical sliding door. The door moves vertically when the open/close switch is pressed. Unlike the standard hinged-door, it will not swing outward to block outside space. Pneumatic actuator locks the door securely. By combining it with an automated conveyor system, it allows you to arrange a fully automated heating/cooling process line.
