Operating on an eccentric micro-economy where cookies serve as a standard form of currency, he takes his administrative duties immensely seriously, occasionally venturing into the larger human world to deliver public addresses, resolve municipal updates, or fearlessly announce political campaigns to expand his jurisdiction.
