Moving from Emptiness - a Zen workshop - Tiffani Gyatso and Alok Hsu Kwang-Han

Around two years ago I found Alok presenting his way of art and teaching in the internet. I felt such a strong wish to connect with him and two years passed since i could make my way from Brazil to be with him fully dedicated. I studied Traditional Tibetan Thangka Painting in India for 3 years and work with it for the last 10 years and teach. Though, more and more, I was driven by the vision of a self expression, intuitive, flowing… finding its way to the divine, with no method, no fear… and very different from what i was doing. All i could find was an art teacher or a spiritual teacher, and with this encounter with Alok, i had in front of me was what i was looking for. With fearlessness, wisdom and compassion he dedicated all those days to me, and i felt immensely honoured and special. With that Alok opened my world, noticing all bit and pieces… polishing, caring and transforming - with so much depth and wisdom, guiding my hands to find the core of expression. I plan to practice a thousand times each exercise and return for his blessings! I have only gratitude for the Divine that guided me to you dear One! Como artista das arte sacras do Tibet, eu ainda não havia encontrado um mestre que fosse um artista e um mestre espiritual. Ou era um ou outro. Levaram dois anos que eu tivesse certeza e os meios de ir até o Arizona, Sedona nos Estados Unidos e me dedicar alguns dias intensivos com ele. A habilidade de um mestre é te enxergar de uma forma que não ha como usar mascaras. Se voce sorri, mas treme as mãos no seu risco, ele vai olhar para o risco. O risco entrega o estado da sua energia. E é a energia que estamos trabalhando através do pincel, como um instrumento sagrado.
