On the Markle side of the family though, Lilibet’s granddad Thomas remains persona non-grata. And that’s why he has given a world exclusive interview to 60 MINUTES. As Tom Steinfort reports, Thomas Markle’s wish is that his daughter and son-in-law will somehow see this story, accept his apology for past embarrassments, and listen to his heartfelt plea to be a part of his grandchildren’s lives.
