Today, following my plastic surgery consultation, I received a comprehensive Oriental medicine checkup at a Korean Oriental medicine clinic. In North Korea, I rarely encountered a licensed Oriental medicine doctor in person, and most of the time, I received private treatment at home, where they would bring acupuncture needles. (And those were unlicensed.) This time, I comprehensively checked: ✔ InBody test ✔ Body temperature diagnosis ✔ Stress and energy status ✔ Upper and lower body temperature (hot above, cold below) ✔ Cold hands and feet, neck heat, and chest heat. In particular, the test results showed that "I have a lot of heat in my chest and neck, and poor circulation in my hands and lower body." It was the first time I had an objective understanding of my physical condition.
