30 mins Yantra Yoga routine (4xspeed)

This morning I didn't have much time so I chose to do a quick routine, comprising three series of movements. The first is Tsigjong or loosening the joints, the second is Lungsang or purifying the prana, while the third is a combination of the first two series of Yantras. You can learn to do this too! I have been practicing for 14 years now, so it is pretty smooth, although not perfect for me. Anyone can learn, and with time, flexibility and strength will naturally increase.
