05.13.26 Lunch & Learn with a Librarian - Discover Scholarly Impact With Scopus

Join us during your lunch break to learn about Scopus, a large multidisciplinary abstract and citation database. Scopus uniquely combines a comprehensive, expertly curated abstract and citation database with enriched data and linked scholarly literature across a wide variety of disciplines. The session will provide an overview of the database and demonstrate its usefulness in finding author and journal impact. At the conclusion of this event, the participant should be better able to: Describe what Scopus is and how to access it. Conduct a search using both the author and title search interface; and understand how to view the impact of both authors and journals.
