La serata aretina di Pupo, al via il tour mondiale "Su di noi...la nostra storia"

Pupo's concert in his native Arezzo began with an ode to freedom, the first of the world tour "Su di noi... la nostra storia" (On Us... Our Story), celebrating the Arezzo-born artist's 50-year career, which began in Ponticino. His personal story intertwines with his musical one, and ultimately this is the hallmark of an artist who has been able to speak his mind without hesitation, turning his personal experiences—from his recovery from gambling to the two women in his life—into an artistic story, also told in his new album and at the opening of the concert in a video created with AI by Arezzo native Leonardo Bigliazzi. The Arezzo stop closed the 2025 edition of the Mengo Music Fest, and Pupo couldn't help but give his hometown Arezzo the anthem everyone sang at the top of their lungs. At the finale, he invited three fans on stage to accompany him in the famous "Gelato al cioccolato" (Chocolate Gelato): two girls, one from Matera, the other from Canada, and a boy from Ponticino. And with "Su di noi..." (On Us...), sung and danced by all generations, Pupo said goodbye to Arezzo.
