The company recently unveiled its latest robotic assembly line, and we were given unique access to explore every corner and find out who's doing the hard work—the robots or the highly skilled specialists? Heidi's management openly demonstrated the entire motor assembly cycle, revealing their manufacturing secrets. We accompanied a company representative through every stage: from the moment the parts arrive at the factory to the final packaging of the finished product. We arrived at the new assembly line early in the morning, just in time for its opening, and had the unique opportunity to follow the entire Reef Rider motor assembly process. You'll witness every step: high-precision electronic measurement of the motor seats and robotic selection of bearings, piston installation, and cylinder block assembly. We'll see how crankshaft torque is determined and axial play is checked—critical steps for engine reliability. Next, you'll see the installation of the cylinder head and camshafts, subsequent anti-corrosion treatment, electrophoresis, a makeover in the paint shop, gearbox assembly, and the mandatory dry and wet tests that ensure the flawless operation of each engine before packaging.
