BEST Way To Break The Grip In ArmBar
The Armbar position is somewhere we should ideally have a 100% success rate from, but if we dont put enough focus on the control of the position and ONLY think about trying to submit our opponent we might end up losing the position entirely. using a grip on the leg (the spiderweb position) is key for making sure you keep control the whole time and then using proper arm positioning and patience to break the grip. only if I am under time pressure will I change to a different method of breaking the grip
