A wonderful weekend with my wife in Berlin, the emotional comeback of Unheilig, a truly amazing weekend with a good friend and my daughter at the Helene Fischer concert, two days without internet, loads of new bags and camera equipment, exciting client projects, preparations for our Norway cruise – and finally, a very personal reflection on friendship, honesty, and direct feedback. It means being able to be honest with each other when something hurts, when something bothers you, or when you feel like the other person is changing. Respectfully. Directly.
