That's mainly due to its successful townplanning around their commercial buildings. So many hi tech companies are setting up their HQs here and that just leads to high job opportunities, resulting in very high temporary need of space. Laurel Residence is a continuation of their previous success, Goodwood and these two just enjoys the best extremes of the address. On one side, it's walking distance to the commercial side.
