That's mainly due to its successful townplanning around their commercial buildings. So many hi tech companies are setting up their HQs here and that just leads to high job opportunities, resulting in very high temporary need of space. Laurel Residence is a continuation of their previous success, Goodwood and these two just enjoys the best extremes of the address. On one side, it's walking distance to the commercial side. On the other, residents can access to the Bukit Gasing trail walk behind. With that unique composition, the architecture attempts to capture the opportunity too. The drop-off is definitely one of the best we have seen, the elevated carparking system is top notch, the common area felt more like a commercial setting... but why? That will definitely help with the management fees later. Well the only setback to this will be the high density impression of the location, and there are just a lot more buildings coming up.
