Professional skate instructor Paul Hinton upgrades a pair of skates from a Sure-Grip XK4 DA45 plate to the Snyder Super Deluxe plate. (*Note: A standard hammer was used on the new plate rather than a rubber mallet. We don't advise this. Skateway always uses a rubber mallet in situations like this to protect the plates. In this case, the mallet was missing and in a pinch permission was given to use the hammer by the owner. To date there have been no cosmetic or structural damages to the plate, but we should have mentioned it in the video.
