Putting the Pit Boss 3 Series Vertical Pellet Smoker to the test today with 5 racks of Baby Back Ribs. We smoked the baby back ribs for about 5 hours at a temperature between 250 degrees and 275 degrees. After about 3 1/2 hours, we wrapped them in foil to help them really get fall off the bone tender.
