Lady Cannings, Sheffield - July 2026

On a very hot day in July the day after England's defeat by Argentina in the World Cup I stopped off at Lady Cannings Plantation in Sheffield to have a go down the blue and red trails. Lady Cannings isn't a trail centre, it's got two trails and a carpark and that's it. There's a pub less than half a mile away but it feels very remote so I was a bit nervous being on my own. I have been to Lady Cannings before but it was with a group in around 2018/19, so a long time ago. The trails have had a makeover since then so I was keen to see what they were like seven years on from my last visit. Sorry about the helmet/camera squeak throughout the video, I'll hopefully have this fixed before the next one.
