Shape your ground chicken to whatever shape you desire just make sure it's not too thick and can also fit in your fryer 2. Freeze 3. Coat your shape in flour 4. Then coat your shape in the "wet batter" 5. Then coat your shape in the "dry batter" 6. Do a double coat 7. If it's Wendy's, end in the dry 8. If it's McDonalds, end in the wet 9. Freeze 10.
